MFC recommendations:

Producers must have an insurance to cover any damage that may be caused on your property during the shoot. We strongly advice you to ask for the conditions.
As it is your property, you can stipulate the Price fo use you think is the most convenient. We recommend 3 types of remuneration, depending on the productions: short films, TV series & feature films and advertising. We also advice that abusive prices can dissuade productions of shoot in your location.
We recommend to agree on conditions with the production company before the shooting: days and hours (last minute changes are frequent!), scenes, number of people, car parking, catering, access, if extra power would be needed for a generator…
